For two nights only, there’ll be an all-you-can-eat Oyster Frenzy at The Botanical.
After a glass of Charles Collin Brut on arrival, you’ll be invited take your pick of molluscs from some of Australia’s finest oyster farming regions (including Blackmans Bay and Coffin Bay), which will be shucked live for guests at a designated oyster bar.
Complimenting the briny morsels will be Stone & Wood’s Pacific Ale, which has a citrus and passionfruit flavour profile. Canapés and a selection of De Bortoli wines will also be served. And DJs will set the mood for two hours of unlimited oysters, booze and straight-up sophistication.
The Oyster Frenzy takes place on Tuesday July 23 and Tuesday August 20 from 7pm to 9pm.
