The Other Art Fair 2022
How often do you get the chance to see more than a hundred of Australia’s most exciting emerging young artists in one place? Not often. Until The Other Art Fair swings into town.
A hundred rising artists have been selected to exhibit at this year’s fair, with two-thirds of them being women and more than half presenting for the first time.
It's moving to a new home at the Meat Market, with immersive installations, an NFT store where visitors can buy NFTs from exhibiting artists, and a digital scavenger hunt around the grounds. Plus, get hand-poked: tattoo artists Lily Gloria, Kits Tattoo and reallynicepoke will be stick-and-poke tattooing live at the fair.
There’ll also be DJ sets and live performances throughout the event, as well as street food vendors and a pop-up cocktail bar by Bombay Sapphire. Take an interactive cocktail quiz and the team will help you curate a cocktail based on your preferences, with exclusive drinks designed by Black Pearl, Union Electric, Gin Palace and Pearl Diver.
Entry is free for children under 12; for everyone else, tickets are available pre-sale or at the door.
