Okonomiyaki Pop-Up: Broad Island Shokudo
Hiroshima-born, London-based okonomiyaki master Fumio Tanga is bringing his craft to Melbourne for the Broad Island Shokudo (Japanese for cafeteria) pop-up.
Feast on Tanga's okonomiyaki layered with meat, seafood or vegetarian toppings, garnished with egg noodles and a savoury sauce. There will also be vegan options and other Japanese dishes.
Wash it all down with Japanese beers or natural wines from Patrick Sullivan.
The pop-up will run from 7pm to 12am on Friday, 12pm to 12am on Saturday, and 12pm to 10pm on Sunday.
