From August 21 to 23, the Gertrude Street pub will be bringing back some bangers from previous years’ menus in an ode to Sausage Festivals past. That includes choucroute garnie – two sausage varieties (smoked frankfurter and cured pork) with sauerkraut, potatoes and mustard. It's comes with side salad and is $58 for a two-person serve.
There’ll also be a Danish hotdog pack with everything you need to assemble your own at home including pillowy Martin's potato rolls, smoked frankfurter, homemade ketchup, mustard, pickles and crisp shallots. It's $25 for two hotdogs and two Bad Shepherd Brewing Co tinnies.
