Nicole Lawrence Studio Pop-Up Showroom

Thu 1st April, 2021 – Sun 4th April, 2021
10:00am – 4:00pm
Upstairs, 342 Smith Street, Collingwood
Over the long weekend, the Melbourne furniture and lighting designer is turning a Collingwood apartment into a makeshift showroom. Peruse curvaceous shelving, sculptural table lamps and very aesthetically pleasing coffee tables.

Ever struggled to visualise how a piece of furniture would look outside of a highly curated showroom, in an actually lived-in space? Melbourne studio Nicole Lawrence, specialising in furniture and lighting design, may have the solution.

The studio’s namesake is hosting a pop-up showroom in an apartment – tucked away at the end of an inconspicuous hallway directly off Smith Street in Collingwood – from Thursday April 1 to Sunday April 4.

Pieces from Lawrence’s sleek core collection will be scattered throughout, including curvaceous shelving, sculptural table lamps and very aesthetically pleasing coffee tables. While local creatives such as ceramicist Claudia Lau and glassblower Leisa Wharington will also have some of their works on display.
