June 24 to 30 is Negroni Week, which means some of Australia’s best bars are celebrating the delicious cocktail that’s equal parts Campari, gin and sweet vermouth.
Pint-sized Presgrave Place watering hole Bar Americano has prepared a special menu and will be donating a portion of its profits to food-rescue charity OzHarvest.
The bar will be pouring a new champagne cocktail, the Fermented Negroni Sbagliato, alongside its popular classic Negroni. They’ll also be selling the 200-millilitre or 500-millilitre pre-bottled version takeaway, anti-roll Negroni bartending pencils and Campari-supplied Negroni pins.
Fifty per cent of the profits from items on the Negroni Week list will be donated.
