Mould: A Cheese Festival
Though the full line-up is yet to be announced, there’ll be fromage from across the country at Meat Market for two days of cheesy goodness. In past years Mould has featured big cheese producers such as Yarra Valley Dairy, Grandvewe, Section 28, Shaw River, Tolpuddle and Tongola. Expect tastings, conversations and demonstrations, as well as cheese-focussed dishes from a range of local cheesemongers.
It’s not all about the fromage, though – a bar stocked with wines, whisky, sake, beer and cider will help you wash down your washed rind. Plus, there'll be a series of masterclasses during each session.
Sessions run on Friday July 3 from 4.30pm to 8.30pm and Saturday July 4 from 11am to 3pm and 4pm to 8pm. Early bird tickets are now on sale here.
