Prahran Market favourite Q le Baker has set up a weekend-only mortadella sub bar, running until the end of May.
The renowned bakery is hosting a variety of deli-inspired pop-ups, featuring different specialty dishes each month. For May, they’re pushing the mortadella sub into the limelight.
The sub is made from Q le Baker sourdough ciabatta, Pepe Saya butter, house-made pickles and mortadella from fellow market mainstay Gary’s Quality Meats.
The subs ($12) are made to order and will be available through Q le Baker’s deli arcade window.
From 7.30am Saturday and Sunday.
