Over eight weeks you'll turn you inner critic into your biggest supporter.

Seddon community space Gather is all about educating, supporting and empowering women.

This eight-week course is designed to undo the cultural messaging that leads women to be their own harshest critics.

You’ll learn to manage stress, replace inward criticism with compassion, realign your lifestyle with your core values and be more mindful in your relationships and day-to-day life.

From 11.30am to 2pm on Saturdays April 27; May 4, 11, 18, 25; and June 1, 8 and 15.

The course ends with a half-day retreat on Sunday June 23, from 10am to 2pm.
