The LuWow Presents Zombie Canni-Ball
Melbourne’s silliest tiki bar makes a mean Zombie. But for one night, it’s putting together a zombie party of a different kind.
The undead will be awakened by live music and punters screaming (in horror and laughter) on the dance floor when The Luwow takes over Brunswick bandroom Stay Gold for a Zombie Canni-Ball.
Dress in your best zombie costume and raise hell with sets from live zombands, with WA’s King Cornelius and the Silverbacks, the Elvis Big Band and Hanky Panky Social Club all cranking up the creepy factor.
There’ll also be DJ sets from Booboo Muck, Manky Frankie and Barbara Blaze, plus grotesque go-go dancers and Deadimatrix cabaret. And a room is being completely transformed into a Cinerama Tiki Island of Doom with plants, monsters, skeletons and creepy crawlies hiding underneath.
To drink The LuWow’s serving themed drinks like the Zombie Fizz with rum, absinthe and “zombie zyrup”; a Mambo Tambo Mai-Tai; a Creepy Colada and a spiced rum Muertojito.
