Few people in the Australian culinary scene command as much respect as Tony Tan and Dave Verheul. The two chefs and friends are teaming up for a one-off lunch at Verheul’s Russell Street restaurant Embla to celebrate the launch of Tan’s latest cookbook, Tony Tan’s Asian Cooking Class.
The lunch, on Saturday 19 October is $140 per person and includes a drink on arrival, a shared menu of dishes from Tan’s new book and a signed early copy of the cookbook, which will be released on Tuesday October 22. Booking essential.
