Lagoon Dining x Enter Via Laundry Collaboration Dinner
For one night only, chef Keat Lee of Lagoon Dining and Helly Raichura of intimate Indian fine diner Enter Via Laundry will join forces as part of Raichura’s quarterly South Asia Club dinner collab series.
Lee’s cooking is primarily inspired by Chinese cuisine, incorporating elements and techniques from prominent Thai and Malaysian dishes. Meanwhile, Raichura likes to spotlight lesser-known regional dishes from across India.
For this event, the pair will combine their talents to prepare a Chinese-inspired dinner with a set menu featuring four snacks, an entree, two mains and dessert. You can see the full menu below. Reservations are essential.

Octopus skewer, sambal belacan, potato crisps.
Black pepper lamb croquette, doubanjiang romesco.
Choko and spinach momos, wild garlic oil, spicy tomato chutney.
Smoked pork, black sesame sauce, charred warrigal, finger lime, pickled baby onions, puri.
Raw kangaroo, sambal vinaigrette, laksa leaf, crème fraîche, tsubu arare.
Steamed Humpty Doo barramundi, green chilli relish, crispy pork lard.
Chicken bhakthuk soup.
Handmade noodles cooked in chicken bone stock, spiced shredded chicken, greens and condiments (deep fried Chinese broccoli, fried garlic, fermented salty radish, green chillies in vinegar, red chilli fermented chutney and fried noodles).
Banana and lemon myrtle pua with saffron custard and Meyer lemon marmalade
