Carlton institution and deli King & Godfree is celebrating 150 years of pasta, cheese, tomato, wine and more. Festivities are running over six months, culminating in the release of a brand-new cookbook.
Ostro and A Year of Simple Family Food author Julia Busuttil Nishimura is kicking things off with a masterclass dedicated to pasta. She’ll be cooking four courses and guiding you along the way, with Providoor sending over everything you need.
The menu includes white bean and olive crostini with fennel salami, marinated zucchini with stracciatella, pici pasta – hand-rolled by you – with sausage ragu, and a tiramisu to end things off on a sweet note.
