Update: Seatings to this event have sold out.
Jollibee is the Philippines’s answer to Macca’s – cheap, tasty fast food that Filipino kids would pester their parents for.
And for one night, Filipino restaurant Chibog is riffing on Jollibee classics (including Chickenjoy and sweet spaghetti) and other childhood favourites with help from other Filipino chefs.
Expect raw beef on toast inspired by bistek (thinly sliced beef in a citrus and soy sauce mix), fritters of school prawn, sweet potato and carrot; fried chicken wings with sweet-style spaghetti sauce; tuna kinilaw (a cured dish similar to ceviche); grilled scallops with mushroom sauce; crispy bagnet (deep-fried pork belly); creme caramel in crispy wonton wrappers, and more. Plus, ice-cold Filipino beers Red Horse and San Miguel.
The shared banquet costs $95 per person. Bookings for the 8:30pm seating are sold out, but you can still book for 5:30pm or join the waitlist. Bookings via email.
