Peter Gunn has invited executive chefs and friends Matt Stone and Jo Barrett from Oakridge Estate to his sleek Collingwood restaurant Ides for an exclusive six-course dining event.
Gunn (a former Attica sous chef) is passing the pans to Stone and Barrett to deliver an intimate dinner experience accompanied by some of Oakridge Estate’s premium wines. The tasting menu will involve a selection of the Yarra Valley’s finest local and seasonal produce.
With Gunn’s kitchen and team at its disposal, the Oakridge duo will treat guests to contemporary dishes and signature Oakridge Estate plates such as the smoked trout, caviar, cultured cream and caraway croissant.
