There’s currently no shortage of canine fashion options in Melbourne. From whippetwear and merino knits to designer coats – you could say it’s a movement. And no better place to show off your Insta-ready fur baby than one of Melbourne’s most spectacular locations.
On Sunday October 21, a market specifically catering to doggos is coming to Heide Museum of Modern Art’s outdoor sculpture park. In collaboration with the Rose Street Artists’ Market, Hounds of Heide will bring together a pack of art, design and pooch-pampering stallholders, including Tom and Captain pet accessories, Coat the Label whippetwear, pet photographer Erin McNaulty, Earth Healing pet massage and Willows Pantry dog cookies and pupcakes.
There will also be dog-friendly and kid-friendly activities all day, including ample opportunity for pats. Melbourne illustrator and cartoonist Oslo Davis will be on hand to draw portraits of your pooch, and free health and dental checks by Vets on Parker will be on offer – dogs only…
From 10am to 3pm.
