Cheese lovers can look forward to a dairy degustation this winter at the Westin Hotel. Internationally recognised cheesemonger Anthony Femia, from Maker & Monger, will take over the hotel’s Lobby Lounge daily to offer a cheesy twist on a classic high tea service, featuring ten savoury and sweet dishes.

Classic high tea dishes such as scones and cream will get an update, with the Westin’s executive chef Michael Greenlaw serving up creamed Giorgio Cravero Reggiano in place of whipped cream.

There's also a cheesy tiramisu and ricotta-filled cannoli. The rare Carles Roquefort with cognac and pain d’épices, and gorgonzola with figs. Or you can tuck into a whole baked Normanby camembert wheel with a mini baguette.

Wine pairings are available as an added extra, too.
