With a new workshop, Health Care is Self-Care, beauty boutique Miss Fox is helping you battle stress and fatigue, which traditionally kicks in around this time of year.
Run by naturopath Alisa Asano, the 75-minute workshop will demonstrate how naturopathy can assist our daily mental health.
Asano, also a trained clinical nutritionist, focuses on restoring whole-body health using a “root-cause resolution approach”. Her expertise spans psychology, mental and emotional wellbeing, stress resilience, and gut health.
The weeknight workshop will address the causes and symptoms of stress and fatigue and offer practical tips and strategies for reducing it. These will cover blood-sugar balance, the relationship between mood and gut health, how to regulate cortisol and adrenal function to maintain an elevated mood and energy, and how herbs can be used to help support stress resilience and strengthen the body.
Miss Fox has a series of beauty, spa and wellness options for all styles of secluded relaxtion. Opened by owner Victoria Fox in 2011 as a “high-end, head-to-toe, one-stop-shop” for beauty and wellbeing, Miss Fox has become an award-amassing self-care sanctuary.
