The Builders Arms Hotel is bringing back its annual wine event for a fifth year. It involves a selection of around 50 Australian wines and their makers gathered across the two floors of the Fitzroy pub for the day.
Some of the wine labels featured include Frederick Stevenson, Chèvre, Pyren Estate, Arfion, Timo Mayer, Little Reddie, Andrew Guard, Living Wines, La Violetta, Payton & Jones, Momento Mori and Ephemera.
The rotisserie will be firing in the pub's courtyard and Cutler & Co. chef Chris Watson will be barbequing all afternoon. Also on the menu is a selection of slow-cooked meats from Meatsmith. Sandwich-making favourite Hector’s Deli will provide sangas – a convenient one-handed snack for allow for maximum wine-tasting.
From 12pm to 4.30pm.
