Good Manners Presents Seasons: Autumn

Tue 24th April, 2018
Rubix Warehouse
36 Phoenix Street, Brunswick
Price: $22.60
A musical and sensory experience on Anzac Day eve.

When it comes to throwing top-notch parties, the crew behind Good Manners record label knows a thing or two.

Since closing Melbourne Music Week’s final night in St Paul’s Cathedral late last year, the label has been preparing to launch its latest creation: Seasons, a multi-sensory music experience, inspired by mother nature.

The first chapter of Seasons is Autumn, and partygoers can expect a visual extravaganza with projections by John Fish, the Melbourne collective responsible for light installations at dance festivals around the country including Strawberry Fields and Freedom Time.

John Fish’s projections will draw on the bold colour palette of autumn and explore the season's relationship with the surrounding world.

The line-up features electronic duo Alta, Australian Music Prize-nominated artist Darcy Baylis, the underground house boys from SHOUSE and DJ sets from Brooke Powers and R'n'B queen Shelley.

Starts at 9pm.
