If money matters mystify you, creative collective Ladies of Leisure (aka LOL) has your back.
The team behind the wildly popular Ladies of Leisure zine and its offshoots is hosting a financial-literacy workshop at its dreamy Fitzroy digs, LOL Space.
On May 9, bookkeeper Line Paras (a number wrangler for many Melbourne creatives via her business Counting Clouds) will be giving a crash course in money management.
Paras will cover the four pillars of financial know-how, unpack fiscal fears, break down personal taxes, explain the importance of super and, basically, make sure you’re getting the most bang for your buck.
From 6.30pm to 8.30pm.
