Joining him in the kitchen: acclaimed Italian chef Guy Grossi (Florentino, Ombra, Arlechin); executive chef of Sydney's Nomad, Jacqui Challinor; Chin Chin executive chef Ben Cooper; celebrity chef Karen Martini; Jackalope Hotel’s executive chef Guy Stanaway; Ash Hicks (The Espy); and Brisbane chef Zac Sykes, previously of Sydney venues North Bondi Fish, Omega and Bistro Mars. It's one helluva line-up.
Curley’s collaborated with Nash Teelow, owner of warehouse events space Canvas House, where the dinner will be held. Expect dishes such as Turkish brioche with cumin fried whitebait, spicy Aleppo-pepper sauce, cosberg lettuce, shaved onion and coriander; an Ora King salmon tart with a squid-ink tapioca chip, beach herbs and black-olive yoghurt; and a Bass Strait Beef brisket bun with chimichurri, pickles, swiss cheese and slaw.
There'll also be a silent auction, where you can bid in person (or online) on private dinners by executive chefs at Mya Tiger, The Espy and French Saloon.
One hundred per cent of ticket sales and money raised on the night will go to the bushfire relief effort via the Victorian Bushfire Appeal.
Tickets include food, drinks and entertainment.
