The inclusive booze-free session is all about shaking out your shit, getting your heart rate up and having a good time.
It’s led by coach, speaker and meditation facilitator Kat John whose #ZFTuesdays (zero fucks) hashtag led to a social-media movement when people across the world started posting dancing videos. She’ll be delivering a quick empowerment chat before the class.
Ten per cent of ticket profits will go to men’s health charity Movember. And there’s unlimited kombucha.
