Head chef Francesco Castanella has designed dishes that use the best of Maker & Monger's Italian cheeses, such as sharp Parmigiano Reggiano, soft ricotta, pungent blue cheese, and everything in-between.
Entrées include whole-wheat and olive focaccia with a creamy tallegio dip and Sardinian puffed bread, stracciatella, zucchini scapece, red peppers and mint.
For mains, try pastas such as warm spaghetti cacio e pepe tossed directly in the Reggiano wheel, and house-made ravioli with buffalo ricotta, pumpkin, hazelnut and smoked-scamorza mousse.
It doesn't stop at dessert either, there's cannolo stuffed with either blue cheese and mascarpone, honeycomb or pistachio. And to finish: a baked brie wheel served with pickled grapes and herb crackers.
The special menu will be available for lunch and dinner for a limited time only; the restaurant’s regular menu will still be available.
