Fluidform Pilates at Jackalope Hotel
One of Mornington Peninsula’s most luxe hotels is also home to a beautiful vineyard and a casual contemporary diner, Rare Hare. And for one evening, it’s also transforming into an open-air fitness studio.
Kirsten King, founder and instructor at Sydney Pilates studio Fluidform, is leading a one-off movement session overlooking Jackalope’s vineyards, with a full-body workout, stretching and breath work all in one.
It’s open to the public, so you don’t need to be a hotel guest to join. And after the hour-long class, you can enjoy a picnic-style dinner by Rare Hare that includes your choice of coconut-chicken salad or a charcuterie spread. And the experience doesn’t end on-site – your ticket also includes a movement and wellness bag, plus a Fluidform mat and equipment pack to take home.
From 4.30pm.
