Festival of Steve

It’s time to pull out your Sunday best and channel your inner gentleman – the Festival of Steve is here to celebrate the modern Melbourne man in all his distinguished glory. From Seven Seeds coffee to presentations on bespoke fashion and tailored watches, this is a day full of education, illumination and satisfaction for the men in our city who pride themselves on, well, everything.

Held at the prestigious Kelvin Club, the event features curated selections from various stores around Melbourne, including Lord Coconut, Embiggen Books and Captains of Industry, as well as shoe-shining services courtesy of the lads down at Beggar Man Thief and performances from the likes of Brooke Russell and the Mean Reds and comedian Simon Taylor. Topics up for discussion in the President’s Lounge will include a lesson on classic cocktails, presented by Hayden Lambert, head bartender at Bar Americano.

Should this not be enough to satisfy your urges, the club’s resident billiards shark will be present as well, dispensing tips, tricks and techniques to those who fancy themselves on the green felt. With all donations going to support beyondblue, the list of reasons to not attend the Festival of Steve is a short one indeed – stand up straight, chest out, shoulders back, and off you go!
