Known for hosting SBS series Gourmet Farmer, O’Meara has over three decades of experience as a chef, holds a game-harvesting licence and is sought out for his knowledge in the field. Book in to enjoy a wild game set menu focused on venison, with matched drinks.
Joy and O’Meara will also host an insightful discussion about ethical hunting and the environmental benefits of wild game. Sittings for up to 20 guests are available for both lunch and dinner. Book now to avoid disappointment.
Sittings at 12.30pm (lunch) and 6.30pm (dinner).
