Explore the smoky notes infused in World Class whisky.

The theme is smoke and whisky, and it’s being infused into a cocktail and an accompanying whisky and liver parfait. The cocktail will be served as two half serves to be shared between two people, but can be enjoyed by one. The soft, smokey cocktail will be made with a rye whisky such as Bulleit Rye or Talisker, which will also be infused into the matching parfait.

The pairing is $36 and available Friday and Saturday night from 4.30pm, no reservations required.
