Eating Out, Eating In

Fri 29th January, 2021
6:15pm – 7:30pm
MPavilion Parkade
Level 7, 34 Little Collins Street, Melbourne (Enter via lifts on Mcilwraith Place)
This MPavilion event brings together Attica's Ben Shewry, Sunda's Khanh Nguyen and Moroccan Soup Bar's Hana Assafiri to talk about the lockdown's effects on Melbourne's restaurant scene.

What does the future hold for restaurants, bars and cafes in 2021? It's a question Broadsheet has tried answering – as have countless other restaurateurs, media outlets and industry experts.

It's also the topic of a panel discussion being hosted by MPavilion, looking to explore how the pandemic has affected and will continue to affect our city's beloved dining scene.

Attica's Ben Shewry, Sunda's Khanh Nguyen and Moroccan Soup Bar's Hana Assafiri will sit down to chat about their experiences running iconic food businesses in uncertain times, as well as their predictions on how Covid-19 has impacted hospitality in the long-run.

After the conversation, DJ Martin Frawley will play a DJ set at the Parkade.

Entry is free, though registering to attend is recommended due to capacity limits.
