The ultimate decadent duo: cocktails served with dessert. Visit Dutchess during World Class Cocktail Week to indulge in a sweet pairing. The first option is a rich peanut butter and Tim Tam-inspired milkshake infused with Pampero Rum, paired with a chocolate brownie with caramel Pampero sauce. For those seeking fruits, a cocktail with Tanqueray gin, lemongrass, lemon, chilli and mango syrup, elderflower, mint leaves and cucumber , will be paired with Tanqueray gin compressed watermelon, mint and cucumber jelly and tonic sorbet.
7–13 May, 12pm. Each pairing is $25, no booking required.
