Dine Out: Dua x Nimbo

Cousins Raymond Tan and Chian Ting are behind some of Melbourne’s most creative sweet shops. Tan is the force behind CBD cake and cookie shop Raya and Hot Listed “Scandinasian” bakery Dua at Collingwood Yards, and Ting runs Matcha Mate and CBD dessert shop Nimbo with her partner Belle Vy.  

For Broadsheet’s Dine Out, the duo is teaming up on Dua Malam (Malay for “two nights”), a pop-up that will transform Tan’s Collingwood Yards shop from a daytime bakehouse into an after-dark dessert cafe. Walk in to try nostalgic mash-ups that combine the best of their venues, including a strawberry princess bingsu that bends Nimbo’s fluffy shaved ice base with Dua’s iconic princess cake.
