Dine Out: Tom Kha Barramundi Special at Dodee Paidang Little Collins

Dodee Paidang is always a party. After winning Sydney’s heart, the Thai chain flew south, where its cute robot waiters, generous shared dishes and ice-cold beer towers had the same effect. The brand now has restaurants Box Hill, Glen Waverley and the CBD (two there, in fact).

For Broadsheet’s inaugural Dine Out festival, the Collins Street location is putting on an ultra-limited special. Based on Thailand’s beloved tom kha (coconut and galangal soup), the fragrant, nourishing dish turns the traditional broth into a thicker sauce, poured over grilled barramundi fillet.

Available from 5pm daily and limited to 15 serves. Book to avoid disappointment.
