Dine Out: Spiced Winter Citrus Sour at Her

Her is a multi-venue complex in the heritage-listed Pacific House next to Melbourne Central. It’s home to the Hot-Listed listening bar Music Room , slick ground-floor hangout Her Bar , Thai restaurant BKK , and the aptly named rooftop bar Her Rooftop.

For Broadsheet’s debut Dine Out festival , all Her venues will serve a special Spiced Winter Citrus Sour made with whisky, pear, winter spice, aquafaba and a house-made citrus syrup. The syrup is a marmalade-esque low-waste concoction made from Her’s excess fruit peels and garnishes that would otherwise be discarded.

The Spiced Winter Citrus Sour is $24 and available from Monday August 4 to Sunday August 10.
