Dine Out: Magnum Party at Don’s
The Prahran wine bar is plating a one-off special, plus pouring magnums of Clément Lavallée Chablis Blanc by the glass.
It’s always a good time at Don’s, Prahran’s favourite laid-back wine bar. The vibes are as cosy and communal as a dinner party.
For Broadsheet’s inaugural Dine Out festival, Don’s chef Riley Swaffield is putting on a one-off special: spiced prawn toast with sumac pickles and fermented lemon yoghurt ($14).
And for something extra special, the team will be pouring magnums of Clément Lavallée Chablis Blanc 2022 by the glass ($18). It’s a French white that’s delicate and subtle.
It’s walk-ins only at Don’s, but you can enjoy a glass of Chablis while you wait for a table.
