Hospo veteran Nathan Toleman is behind some of the city’s most beloved venues, including Top Paddock, Hazel, Lilac and Liminal. Molli, a relaxed day-to-night eatery, is one of his latest. It’s a place you can drop in for a quick coffee, a midweek dinner, or a lazy weekend lunch and feel completely at home.
For Broadsheet’s inaugural Dine Out festival, Molli’s bar manager Kayla Saito is creating a one-off cocktail to sip on: the Little Dreamer. It's a riff on a rosé Negroni featuring The Mulberry Group’s Greenhouse gin, Saint Felix Bitter Aperitivo, bianco vermouth and preserved cumquat.
It’s paired with a two-bite snack from the Molli kitchen, priced together for $22. Think Jerusalem artichoke and mushroom fry bread served with preserved mandarin.
Available throughout Dine Out, from August 4 until August 10. Book a table or walk-ins are always welcome.
