Monforte Viennoiserie is a tiny two-metre-by-five-metre patisserie in Carlton North. During Dine Out, the team is embracing the winter weather and creating a limited croissant-infused hot chocolate, available only while the festival is on.
The hot chocolate is made with ganache infused with toasted croissants and full cream milk. On top, it’s finished with whipped cream, powdered cocoa and served with a toasted croissant wafer. Available only during Dine Out week.
