Dine Out: Baker Bleu x Six-Eyed Scorpion

Mike and Mia Russell’s Baker Bleu and Sandra Seah and Jordana Adams’s Six-Eyed Scorpion are two of Melbourne’s favourite food brands. Now, the sourdough experts and chilli oil pros are teaming up on three products for Broadsheet’s debut Dine Out festival.

The one-off collab, running from Thursday August 7 to Sunday August 10, will see the two join forces to make a chilli oil-brushed fougasse with maple, nori and fried shallots; a savoury twist glazed with chilli oil; and a toastie loaded with charred spring onions, gooey cheddar, ginger, sesame and chilli oil.

The fougasse and the savoury twist will be available at Baker Bleu locations in Caulfield North, Prahran and Cremorne. The loaded toastie will only be available at Baker Bleu Cremorne.
