Broadsheet ’s inaugural Dine Out festival is all about unexpected collaborations. So, beloved Armadale wine bar Albert’s is teaming up with biodynamic Red Hill South winery Avani for a long Sunday lunch.
Founded by Indian-born winemaker Shashi Singh and her husband Devendra, Avani celebrates Indian flavours and hospitality. Along with the Albert’s team, the couple are putting on a one-off Indian-inspired à la carte menu.
There’ll be all-Avani wines available by the glass, including current releases as well as rare back-vintage drops. Plus, winemaker Rohit Singh will be on the floor to guide you through each pour.
