Dine Out: Buffalo Blue Cheese Hot Chocolate Special

Broadsheet’s Dine Out invites culinary experimentation and unheard of flavour combinations, but we can’t say we were expecting this one. For one week only during the festival, Mork Chocolate will serve a limited-edition 70 per cent dark hot chocolate with Berry’s Creek Riverine buffalo milk blue cheese. It comes with a cacao buckwheat crisp for dunking.

Since its inception in 2012, Mork has always experimented with cacao-based drinks, but this is out there – even for them. Chocolate pairs well with savoury flavour profiles, though, and we can’t wait to sip on this one.
