Dine Out: Michael McAuley Snack Menu
Food and Drink
Fish sliders and tuna belly gildas with half-serve cocktails? Yes please.
Nothing stays under the radar for long in Melbourne. But while it’s been open for a year, quiet-achieving seafood restaurant Cordelia has retained the if-you-know-you-know factor (Sofia Levin reckons it’s the most underrated restaurant in town).
For Broadsheet’s second Dine Out festival, it’s putting on cute snack menu that’s guaranteed to be delish. From 4pm–5pm on July 22–24, score a half-serve cocktail plus one of two snacks created by current Yiaga head chef Michael McAulay. There’s a fish slider with smoked eel and pickles, and a tuna belly gilda with merguez (lamb sausage) and radish.
