Dine Out: Guinness Sticky Date Pudding Special

In recent years the world has gone mad for splitting the G with a pint of Guinness. For the second edition of Broadsheet’s Dine Out festival Pidapipo Gelateria and cosy local pub the North Fitzroy Arms are collaborating on a limited-time dessert that gives you a new way to split the G – assuming you’ve already mastered the original.

It’s the Guinness sticky date pudding – a collaborative effort that sees the Arms’s popular sticky date pudding recipe served alongside a limited-edition Guinness gelato, courtesy of the creative minds at Pidapipo. The pudding and gelato are topped with whipped cream, butterscotch and a nut crumble.

If Guinness isn’t normally your thing, this take on it is certainly worth a crack. Available only during Dine Out, at the North Fitzroy Arms and all Pidapipo locations.
