Collingwood brewery Molly Rose is joining the Dine Out party and bringing a bunch of friends along. Drop in for an all-day session where you’ll get slice from four Melbourne pizzerias, as well as early access to Molly Rose’s new pizza menu. Plus, a huge range of Melbourne’s most creative beers – what Molly Rose does best.
Footscray’s Good Pizza, Fitzroy’s Deep End Pizza, Thornbury’s Porco Ciccio and travelling pizzaiolo Salim Gafayri will all be baking pies in a food truck-style set-up. Each spot will serve its most popular pie, as well as one-off slices made to represent their neighbourhoods, available only during the Dine Out event. Expect Detroit-style square pizzas, deep-dish Chicago pies, classic Italian rounds and more. You’ll get to vote for your favourite slice, with the winner crowned at 7pm.
Tickets are free but required for entry to one of two sessions (12pm–4 pm or 4pm–8 pm). Slices will be priced between $10 and $15 each.
