Exclusively for Broadsheet’s second Dine Out festival, he’s created another dish with flavours that will feel familiar and nostalgic for Malaysians, but in totally new packaging.
The dish features bak kwa (Chinese pork jerky) glazed in char siu sauce, plus nori pork floss, cucumber achar (pickles), kewpie mayo and Lingham chilli sauce on a toasted brioche slider bun. Get it for one week only.
