For one week only, the popular Fitzroy wine bar brings back a fan-favourite dish.
Dine Out is back in 2026 and so is Suze’s elusive dry-aged duck – an off-menu festival exclusive. There are no rules at Suze. The Fitzroy favourite changes dishes with the seasons, and often on a whim. So when the duck migrated from the menu, there was no telling when it would return.
For five days only, it’s flying home. Dry-aged Aylesbury duck with black bean glaze, inca berry sauce and Somerset baby leek, done in Suze’s signature sophisticated style. Here for a good time, not a long time.
