Four of the city's most experimental chefs are gathering this Sunday to create a four-course, desserts-only menu.
For a blissful 45-minutes at Dessert Bar, Lûmé's Shaun Quade, Nora's Sarin Rojanametin, Amaru's Clinton McIver and IDES's Peter Gunn will each serve their creative sweet of choice.
If their restaurant menus are anything to go by, expect the unexpected; these chefs are known to serve everything from celery cake with star-anise oil, to buffalo-mozzarella ice-cream with olive jam.
