Chef Danielle Alvarez's new cookbook, Recipes for a Lifetime of Beautiful Cooking, brings together the influences that have formed her cooking life into one volume of recipes for home cooking. It covers her Miami childhood and Cuban family recipes, her formative years at legendary produce-driven Californian restaurant Chez Panisse, and the time she's spent in Australia since becoming founding chef at Fred's in Sydney.
To mark the book's release, she'll appear at Books for Cooks for an intimate chat about the inspirations behind the book's recipes, and how she cooks beautiful food at home for family and friends.
