Now it’s upping the ante, with a cheesy gnocchi loaded with 29 different varieties of formaggi – a nod to the small restaurant’s 29-square-metre space.
Handmade potato gnocchi is mixed with more than two dozen cheeses from That’s Amore, then oven-baked for crispy edges. Varieties include fior di latte, smoked buffalo mozzarella, burrata, scamorza bianca, four types of caciotta (including truffle), ricotta, mascarpone – *deep breath* – squacquerone, buffalo bocconcini, smoked caciocavallo, blue cheese, formaggio di vacca and many more. The wine list also has 29 bottles to choose from.
The dish costs $39.99 and is available for lunch and dinner.
