Cantina Ok! is a 20-seat cocktail bar in Sydney’s CBD, which specialises in rare spirits from Mexico. And Margaritas, served over shaved iced from a hand-cranked machine. Broadsheet’s Sydney editor Sarah Norris reckons they’re the best Margaritas in Sydney.
You’ll be able to sip on Cantina Ok!’s illustrious Margarita, made with high-proof tequila, Oaxacan mezcal, sugarcane syrup and lime juice pressed to order, then served over shaved ice. Norris says: “This method results in a perfectly balanced, punchy and zesty ride, and with a hint of smokiness thanks to the mezcal.”
