Broadsheet x Providoor – Special Edition Box 7: Melbourne Barbeque
Broadsheet has proudly partnered with Providoor – the high-end delivery service by Maha’s Shane Delia – to curate eight weeks of Special Edition Boxes and some very special meals.
Each of the weekly themed boxes features a range of handpicked dishes from some of Melbourne’s best restaurants. They’re designed to feed two people, with a veggo version available, as well as the option to add paired drinks.
The main menu includes tandoori roasted veggies, masala chickpea salad and raita from Daughter in Law; murgh kastoori from Atta; a herby prawn salad with green mango and roasted peanuts from Hanoi Hannah; banana-leaf-wrapped ocean trout with green peppercorn relish from Longrain; chana masala biryani pie from Ish; and Movida’s chorizo asado.
The meat-free menu swaps in Atta’s soy chaap (mock-meat skewers), crispy tofu salad from Hanoi Hannah; mushroom ho mok from Longrain; and Movida’s esparrago – Victorian asparagus with roasted red peppers, almonds and hazelnuts.
Order your $155 box by Thursday December 3 for delivery of Saturday December 5.
Boxes will be delivered on Saturdays only, and are currently available to be delivered to Metro Melbourne, Geelong, Greater Geelong and the Mornington Peninsula. Check Providoor to confirm your location.
