Broadsheet has proudly partnered with Providoor – the high-end delivery service by Maha’s Shane Delia – to curate eight weeks of Special Edition Boxes and some very special meals.

Each of the weekly themed boxes features a range of handpicked dishes from some of Melbourne’s best restaurants. They’re designed to feed two people, with a veggo version available, as well as the option to add paired drinks.

For week six’s edition, we’re celebrating dishes from some of the city’s most beloved Italian institutions: Di Stasio, Tipo 00, Pepe’s Italian & Liquour, and Marameo.

Start with a selection of antipasto from Marameo,; then dig into Di Stasio’s arancini classici with aioli, hand-rolled rosemary grissini, and baked ricotta; followed by Tipo 00’s handmade pappardelle topped with duck-and-porcini-mushroom sauce and pecorino; and spicy vodka rigatoni from Pepe’s.

Di Stasio also has dessert and drinks covered with its iconic torta di vaniglia – a mascarpone, white chocolate and pistachio tart – and (for an additional fee) Bianco Negronis.

The meat-free version of the menu starts with delicious snacks such as burrata, olives and almonds, and swaps the pappardelle out for a cacio e pepe spaghetti.

Order your $135 box by Thursday November 26 for delivery of Saturday November 28. Honestly, it’s easier than trying to nab a table in the city right now.
